The Villa, room by room

Three levels of contemporary architecture, connected by a private elevator and a stone-and-oak stair. Every principal room opens to the Mediterranean.

01

The Space

Three levels of contemporary architecture, connected by a stone-and-oak stair and a private elevator. 770 m² of interior space on a 1,250 m² landscaped plot. Every principal room opens to the Mediterranean; every terrace is deep enough to live on. The volumes are generous but never grand — the villa is designed to feel personal, whether occupied by two guests or by twelve.

02

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Five ensuite bedrooms, six bathrooms in total. The master suite occupies its own wing on the upper level, with a private terrace, walk-in dressing room and a travertine bathroom with freestanding tub and rainfall shower. Two further sea-view suites and two garden suites complete the sleeping quarters — each with king or super-king beds, linen sheets, blackout curtains and individually controlled climate.

03

Living Areas

A double-height entrance gallery opens into a single sea-facing volume — a fireside lounge that flows without partition into the dining room and out to the covered terrace. A second, more intimate library sits above, with a working fireplace and a curated bar. Everywhere, the design is quiet: pale plaster, oiled oak, low bronze lighting, no visible technology.

04

Kitchen

An open sea-view kitchen by Bulthaup, in matte oak and stone, with a full Gaggenau suite: two ovens, steam oven, teppanyaki plate, induction hob and a walk-in wine fridge. A generous central island doubles as a breakfast counter; a separate scullery keeps the main volume serene. Fully equipped for a private chef, or for guests who prefer to cook themselves.
